Jacqueline
Jacqueline is a Registered Dental Assistant, with over 20 years of orthodontic experience and is a Fountain Valley local! Patients love having Jacqueline work on their braces- she is gentle, knowledgeable, and fun!! Jacqueline loves being able to help Dr. Manfred create beautiful smiles from start to finish.
Andrea
Andrea is an orthodontic chairside assistant with 19 years of experience, and is an absolute pro at what she does. Andrea is positive, sweet, and gentle chairside, and loves being part of our patients’ smile transformations! When not in the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, hiking and going to country concerts!
Jin Ah
Jin Ah joins our front office with over 13 years of experience working in the dental field! Jin Ah is friendly, accomodating, and so excited to be on the Manfred ortho team! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her hubby, going to the beach, hiking, and hanging with family and friends. Jin Ah joins Penny in the front, helping you with all your scheduling needs!
Penny
Penny is the first smiling face you will see when you walk through our door. She is in charge of all our scheduling coordination, as well as making sure this place runs smoothly! In the midst of all her daily duties, Penny still finds time to get to know all of our patients and families. She is genuine, bubbly, and a patient and parent favorite! Penny enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren, Andrew and Olive.
Itza
Itza is one of our orthodontic chairside assistants in the treatment bay. Itza has worked in both orthodontic and pediatric dental settings, and is absolutely wonderful working with kids! Itza is compassionate, reliable, a great communicator, and loves watching a beautiful smile come together throughout the journey of orthodontics! Itza recently completed her own orthodontics with Dr. Manfred and LOVES her new smile!
Diana
Diana is our treatment and financial coordinator. With over 6 years of experience in the orthodontic field as a treatment coordinator, Diana’s expertise is second to none! She will be the person hosting your first visit to our office, where she will explain your treatment, help answer any insurance questions, and make your transition into treatment a seamless one. Diana is honest, intelligent, warm, and wonderful at what she does!
Angelica
Angelica is an orthodontic chairside assistant with over 8 years of experience in the orthodontic field. Her favorite part of the profession is having a firsthand look at the smile transformation process, and the confidence that comes with it! Angelica loves being outdoors with her husband and her family.
Kimia
Kimia joins the back office team chairside as our newest orthodontic assistant. Kimia enjoys making sure patients feel comfortable in the chair, and creating a vibe of positivity. When she is not at work, you can find her exploring coffee shops and watching skincare videos. Her goal is to be a dentist one day!
